A short-stay clean needs more than a quick tidy. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the details guests notice all need a consistent checklist.
We work with hosts in Geelong, Torquay and Jan Juc to agree on the cleaning, access and presentation of each property. Share your booking dates and turnaround window so we can confirm a suitable schedule.
Linen changes, bed-making and restocking host-supplied essentials can be included by agreement. You know what is covered before each visit.

Check mirrors, handles and other visible details against your property checklist.
Final presentation check
Review the agreed areas and let you know about visible damage or missing essentials noticed during the clean.

Can you clean between checkout and check-in?
Share your checkout time, next check-in and booking dates. We confirm availability and the time needed before accepting a turnover booking. Same-day and weekend availability must be agreed in advance.
Are linen and laundry included?
Bed-making and linen changes can be included using clean linen supplied at the property. Laundry, linen hire and off-site collection are not included unless separately agreed.
Can you restock guest essentials?
Yes, where agreed, using supplies you provide and leave at the property, such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper and other guest essentials. Tell us which items to replenish and where they are stored. We do not supply or purchase guest consumables.
How much does Airbnb cleaning cost?
We quote for your property based on bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, the checklist and any linen or restocking tasks. Airbnb turnovers are quoted separately from the A$149 standard commercial maintenance offer.
Do you manage bookings or guest messages?
This is a cleaning service. Booking management, guest communication, maintenance and emergency call-outs are not included.
