Each deep clean is individually scoped and quoted based on condition, accessibility and time required. It is not included in the standard A$149 maintenance offer.

How is a deep clean different from a regular visit?
A regular visit follows an ongoing maintenance checklist. A deep clean focuses on individually agreed detail tasks and build-up, with time and price assessed for the condition of the site.
Can you quote from photographs?
Photographs and an area list can help with an initial assessment. We may need a site inspection or further information before confirming the scope and price.
Will every stain or mark be removed?
No. Results depend on the material, finish and cause of the mark. We discuss limitations beforehand and do not promise restoration or removal of permanent damage.
What should we do before the visit?
Provide clear access to the agreed areas, secure valuables and documents, and tell us about fragile surfaces or hazards. Moving heavy items or cleaning inside cupboards is included only if agreed.
