We confirm site readiness, finishes and the agreed tasks before arranging a post-build clean.
Should trades be finished before the clean?
Ideally, dusty work should be finished and the agreed areas cleared. Continuing work can create new dust and may require a separately agreed return visit.
Do you remove building rubble or asbestos?
No. Rubble removal and hazardous materials, including asbestos, are outside the service. The site must be prepared and any suspected hazards dealt with appropriately before cleaning.
Can paint or adhesive be removed from new surfaces?
Only if assessed as suitable and expressly included. Some residues cannot be removed safely without damaging a finish. We do not promise removal or use an unapproved method on a new surface.
Can you help with a renovated shop or office?
Yes, subject to site assessment and an agreed scope. Share the fit-out details, floor area, completion date and required handover timing when requesting a quote.
