Do you clean exercise equipment?
Accessible equipment exteriors can be included in the agreed checklist. Tell us the manufacturer’s care instructions and any restricted areas. We do not provide equipment servicing, dismantling or internal cleaning.
Can you clean rubber flooring and exercise mats?
Suitability depends on the material, finish and care instructions. We assess the surface and proposed method before confirming inclusion; not every mat or floor is suited to the same products or equipment.
Can visits fit between classes?
We can discuss a suitable window around your timetable and availability. Access, floor drying and separation from members need to be workable before a time is confirmed.
Does the service guarantee that infections are eliminated?
No. This is an agreed cleaning service. We do not promise infection elimination or claim medical-grade sanitisation. Any specialised hygiene requirement must be assessed separately.
